All electronic devices purchased from Hyphen Technologies Company are covered by a 2-year warranty through the authorized agent.
Accessories may be covered for 1 year either by the agent or by Hyphen Technologies Company if no authorized agent exists within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Special electronic devices in the business category may have warranty periods of 1, 2, or 3 years, as provided by the agent.
Warranty coverage for included accessories is specified in the product warranty manual, or defaults to 1 year if no information is provided.
Customer-assembled devices (e.g., gaming desktops) are covered only for internal components by the agent or Hyphen Technologies, and are excluded from warranty if repaired or modified by unauthorized parties.
Warranty coverage, including product quality and manufacturing standards, is provided by the authorized agent and is subject to the manufacturer’s policies as outlined in the warranty manual or on the manufacturer’s website. Customers should contact the authorized warranty provider directly to request service according to these policies.
Note: Availability of spare parts, repair duration, and service quality are the responsibility of the agent and are not Hyphen Technologies’ responsibility. Customers may contact the agent directly with the original invoice for warranty services.
The warranty includes free repair or replacement of spare parts in case of manufacturing defects. It does not cover full product replacement or monetary compensation.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
Misuse of the product or failure to follow instructions in the product manual or online guidance.
Physical damage such as fractures, impacts, cuts, or exposure to liquids, moisture, or high temperatures.
Repairs or maintenance attempts by non-authorized parties or the use of non-approved parts. Data loss, including operating system files, hard drive partitions, or virus-related malfunctions.
Unlocking devices using secret numbers or passwords obtained by the customer. Costs associated with out-of-warranty repairs.
Delays caused by the customer in providing required accessories (e.g., adapters, batteries, or charging cables).
Loss of pre-installed software is not covered by the warranty service provider.
Internal defects or damage not reported at the time of delivery are not covered.M
Any device modifications (e.g., screen protectors, outer frame changes) are not restored during part replacements or device maintenance.
The warranty service provider is solely responsible for executing warranty services. Hyphen Technologies Company is not responsible for:
Hyphen Technologies Company offers a device transport service for areas without available warranty centers for a fee of 79 SAR. This service covers transportation to and from the authorized warranty service provider. All warranty provisions are enforced by the service provider. Customers will receive a receipt upon device submission.
Devices not collected by the customer within 3 months from notification by the warranty service provider or Hyphen Technologies may be disposed of without further notice.
