Delivery Information

Delivery within Riyadh: 3–7 working days.

Delivery outside Riyadh: 7–10 working days.

During public holidays (e.g., Eid or National Day), delivery may take up to 20 working days. Delivery depends on customer availability and scheduling with our team or authorized shipping providers. Customers unreachable at the scheduled time may experience delays.

Delivery fees

Standard delivery: 20 SAR per order.

Cash-on-delivery (COD) service: additional 20 SAR.

Payment Methods Credit/Mada Cards:

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and Mada cards. All transactions are encrypted and secure, with no additional fees.

Credit Card Installments:

Multiple installment plans are available depending on current bank offers. The total order value is secured until installment approval. No installment refunds are permitted.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

Customers may pay in cash upon receiving the order. An additional fee of 20 SAR applies.

Refund Policy

Credit Card Payments:

Refunds are processed after receiving the returned product according to the return policy.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Processing time may vary from 3–30 days depending on the bank.

COD Payments:

Refunds require bank account details submitted via the original email to info@hyphenksa.com . Refunds may take 1–5 business days depending on the bank.

Order Cancellation

By Hyphen Technologies:

Orders may be canceled due to payment failure, incorrect delivery information, or inability to reach the customer.

By Customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted to customer service. Orders already shipped incur a 59 SAR cancellation fee. Orders undeliverable within 20 working days from confirmation may also be canceled.
