Shipments are considered accepted in good condition upon delivery.
Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days if defective or incorrect.
Computer accessories, modified devices, software, and bundled/customized gaming desktops

Provide order details and reason for return/exchange.
Returned products are inspected for packaging, accessories, and defects.
If approved, replacement or refund is processed according to customer preference. Shipping for approved replacements is free.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper voltage are excluded from return/exchange. Repair fees and shipping costs (59 SAR) apply if requested.
Authorized shipping providers or personal delivery to Hyphen Technologies headquarters in Riyadh must be used for returns or exchanges. A representative will contact customers within 2–10 working days to schedule pickup.
Receiving Shipments
Upon receipt of your order from the shipping company, it is considered that the customer acknowledges the shipment (carton) is intact, in good condition, and has not been previously opened.
Customers may return or exchange products within 7 days of receipt under the following circumstances:
The product received does not match the customer’s order or request.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
All returned products must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories, and must not fall under any of the exclusions listed in section 2.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products returned after 7 days from the date of receipt.
Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.
Items covered by the manufacturer’s warranty that are damaged.
Products with tampered or removed serial numbers.
Items missing labels, packaging, or any accessories.
Products explicitly marked as non-returnable.
Customized or modified devices (laptops, desktops, servers, gaming devices) based on customer requests.
Bundled desktop gaming devices assembled by the customer.
Minor screen pixel issues (colored or dead pixels under 4 points) are not considered defects. Only products with 4 or more defective pixels are eligible for return or replacement under warranty conditions.

Submit Request Within 7 Days: Include your order details and reason for return/exchange. The request will be reviewed by the competent team.
Product Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our specialist team will perform a technical inspection to ensure:
Packaging is intact.
All accessories are included.
The product meets return or exchange conditions.
The request is then submitted to the administration for approval or rejection.
Replacement: A new product will be provided at no additional cost to the customer (according to the shipping policy).
Refund: The full amount paid, including product and shipping fees, will be returned according to the refund policy.
Products Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged due to improper use or incorrect voltage are not eligible for return/exchange under warranty. A report from an authorized maintenance agent will be required to confirm this.
Authorized Shipping Only: Products must be returned through our authorized shipping providers or delivered in person to the headquarters of Hyphen Technologies Company in Riyadh.
Scheduling Pickup: A representative from our authorized shipping provider will contact you within 2–10 working days from the date your return/exchange request is approved to schedule pickup.
If a product requires repair due to misuse or incorrect voltage, the customer will be informed of the repair cost and must pay before repair begins. The customer will also bear return and shipping fees of 79 SAR.
If the customer chooses not to repair a product that does not meet return/exchange or warranty conditions, the customer will be responsible for return and shipping fees of 79 SAR.Warranty & Maintenance Policy
