The total order amount will be reserved until the installment process is successfully completed. No refunds are available for installment-based orders according to bank policies. Each installment plan has a minimum order value.

Pay in 4 Installments with Tamara

You may use Tamara to pay in 4 interest-free installments without late fees or lengthy forms, fully compliant with Shariah law. Tamara may request additional documentation or information if needed. Ensure your Tamara account has sufficient balance before placing the order.

By using Tamara, you agree that the service provider may report any delayed or defaulted payments to the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH).

Pay in 4 Installments with Tabby

You may also use Tabby to pay in 4 installments, with no interest or late fees, in compliance with Shariah law. Tabby may request additional documents if necessary. Ensure sufficient balance in your Tabby account before ordering.

By using Tabby, you acknowledge that delayed or defaulted payments may be reported to the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept cash on delivery as an alternative payment method. An additional service fee of 20 SAR applies when selecting this option.

Refund Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Refunds are transferred to your bank account after the returned item is received. Please provide your bank account details using the same email address associated with your order and send it to info@hyphenksa.com
